Terms of Credit
Terms - Net 30 Days. Account 30 days past due from invoice date are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) service charge.
Title: Purchaser agrees that the title to the merchandise is reserved by and remains vested in seller until the purchase price is paid in full. If the purchaser shall fail to pay any part of the purchase price when due, seller may take possession of said merchandise without notice of liability to purchaser. In case of collection by suit or otherwise, purchaser agrees to pay all costs, interest until paid, and a reasonable sum for attorney fees. All approvals are subject to credit verification.
